Qilu Express (01576) proposes to appoint Jiang Yue as a non-executive director

Non-executive director Mr. Shi Jinglei, independent non-executive director Mr. He Jiale, and Mr. Wang Lingfang have resigned as non-executive directors and independent non-executive directors due to age and will no longer serve in the special committee of the company's board of directors, effective from October 30, 2026.
