AVGO is set to report its Q4 earnings soon. Ahead of the release, analysts expect the company to report diluted EPS of $3.45, up a staggering 114.3% from $1.61 in the year-ago quarter. AVGO has exceeded Wall Street’s EPS estimates in each of the past four quarters, highlighting its consistent earnings performance.

Despite robust AI growth and recent partnership gains, Broadcom has been trailing the broader market, with shares facing pressure from margin compression, supply constraints, customer concentration in AI, and weakness in non-AI businesses. However, the company received a boost on October 27, 2026, when its shares rose 4% following the announcement of a $63 billion financing deal that will help Anthropic access Broadcom’s XPU AI accelerators and networking solutions. The agreement underscores growing demand for Broadcom’s AI infrastructure and reinforces its position in the expanding market, although rising data center costs and AI infrastructure financing remain key investor concerns.

Also on October 27, Broadcom announced the general availability of enhanced TrueSource Spring Enterprise offerings, featuring tools that help enterprises identify open-source vulnerabilities, prioritize security fixes, and automate patch deployment. This expansion strengthens its enterprise software security portfolio and could support customer retention by making vulnerability management more efficient.

Analysts remain bullish on AVGO, with the stock carrying a consensus “Strong Buy” rating. Of the 43 analysts covering the stock, 33 recommend a “Strong Buy,” four rate it a “Moderate Buy,” and six suggest a “Hold.” Meanwhile, the average analyst price target of $525.58 implies potential upside of 52.3% from the current share price.
