Zhitong Finance App News, CIMC Group (02039.HK) announced that the company plans to jointly sign the “Shenzhen Yuanzhi CIMC New Energy Storage Industry Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)” through its wholly-owned subsidiary CIMC Capital Holdings, a professional investment institution, Yuanzhi Energy Storage, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Capital Group, and Shanhai Yuneng, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ronghe Yuaneng and Shenzhen Jiyuan, to jointly invest in the establishment of the Shenzhen Yuanzhi CIMC New Energy Storage Industry Equity Fund (limited partnership) (The final name is subject to approval by the Industrial and Commercial Registration Authority). The fund's pledge scale is RMB 1 billion, of which CIMC Capital Holdings plans to pledge an investment of RMB 298.83 million as a limited partner, accounting for 29.88%. Yuanzhi Energy Storage plans to act as the fund manager and executive partner of the Fund.
