Helios Underwriting to Buy Back GBP7.2 Million of Shares

06:55 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helios Underwriting (HUW.L) will repurchase shares totaling 7.2 million pounds sterling after completing a tender offer. The London-listed investment company will repurchase 2,676,579 ordinary shares, representing 3.5% of its issued capital, and cancel them, according to a Friday release. It expects to make the payments on Nov. 3. Helios launched the tender offer to repurchase up to 2,676,579 shares on Sept. 29.
