Rong Yang Industrial (02078): Current non-executive director Lam Yuen-man will be re-appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Rongyang Industrial (02078) announced that the term of Mr. Wen Yaoguang (Mr. Wen) as an independent non-executive director will expire on November 1, 2026, and will not be renewed. The reason is that Mr. Wen plans to spend more time on other businesses. Mr. Moon will also cease to serve as the respective chairman of the Company's Audit Committee (Audit Committee) and Nomination Committee (Nomination Committee), as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee (Remuneration Committee) and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee (ESG Committee) of the Company from November 1, 2026.

The Board further announced that the current non-executive director, Ms Lam Yuen-man (Ms Lam), will be reappointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from November 1, 2026.
