Due to his own career development plans, Mr. Bracklo has resigned as an executive director with effect from October 31, 2026, and re-appointed as a non-executive director with effect from November 1, 2026.

Mr. Markus Schröder has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director with effect from November 1, 2026.

Mr. Schröder has been appointed as an authorized representative under the Listing Rules to fill Mr. Bracklo's vacancy since November 1, 2026.
