In September 2026, the import and export volume of China's balance of payments trade in goods and services was 5821.7 billion yuan. Among them, exports of goods and services amounted to 3251.1 billion yuan and imports amounted to 257.06 billion yuan, with a surplus of 680.5 billion yuan. Looking at the main projects of trade in services, the import and export scale of transportation services is 177 billion yuan, the import and export scale of travel services is 171.2 billion yuan, the import and export scale of other commercial services is 148.6 billion yuan, and the import and export scale of telecommunications, computer and information services is 84 billion yuan.

In dollar terms, in September 2026, China's balance of payments exports of goods and services was US$48.7 billion and imports were US$38.1 billion, with a surplus of US$10.6 billion.
