On October 30, according to the website of the Xi'an Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the three departments of the Xi'an Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and the Local Finance Administration jointly issued the “Implementation Opinions on Implementing the 'Notice on Improving the Commercial Housing Sales System'” to launch 24 specific measures in seven areas, including pre-sale management, existing housing sales, land supply, completion acceptance, host banking system, financing support, and development and construction management, to further standardize the commercial housing sales system, protect the legitimate rights and interests of buyers and promote the steady and healthy development of the real estate market.
