According to the “Guizhou Release”, the “Guizhou Provincial Information and Communications Industry “15th Five-Year Plan” has recently been issued by the Provincial Communications Administration in conjunction with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. Based on the 2030 development goals, the “Guizhou Provincial Information and Communication Industry “15th Five-Year Plan” clarifies 16 major indicators in four categories for the development of the information and communication industry in Guizhou Province over the next five years, and sets out 21 key tasks in five areas. By 2030, we aim to achieve telecom business revenue of 43.8 billion yuan, Internet business revenue of 110 billion yuan, total telecom business growth of more than 7% per year, and a total investment of 50 billion yuan in information infrastructure.
