Guanzhong Real Estate previously announced that it is expected that the Group will obtain a loss attributable to the company owner of not less than HK$29 million for the year ended July 31, 2026, and a loss attributable to the company owner of approximately HK$13.9 million for the year ended July 31, 2025.
