Forum Energy: Q3 Earnings Snapshot

HOUSTON (AP) — HOUSTON (AP) — Forum Energy Technologies Inc. (FET) on Thursday reported net income of $11.2 million in its third quarter.

The Houston-based company said it had net income of 93 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and non-recurring costs, came to $1.51 per share.

The provider of manufactured technologies and applied products in the energy sector posted revenue of $236.8 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in December, Forum Energy said it expects revenue in the range of $230 million to $250 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $900 million to $920 million.
