The company has paid a security deposit of RMB 14 million to the Xichang Natural Resources Bureau, which will be used to settle the land acquisition in accordance with the public tender regulations of the Xichang Natural Resources Bureau.

The land is located on the north side of No. 3 Primary School in Xichang City, Sichuan Province, China. The site area is 9,474.32 square meters. The land is designated as general commercial housing land (Class II), and the sale period is 70 years. The comprehensive floor area ratio of the land must be greater than 1.0, less than or equal to 1.6. The company plans to develop the land for residential use and sell the property on the market.

The company currently operates a property management service business in Xichang, and has an existing customer base in the city to provide certain customer resources for property development.
