Health 160 (02656): Recommended change of auditor

The board of directors recommended (i) dismissing PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's auditor; and (ii) appointing Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor in accordance with the recommendations of the Board Audit Committee to fill the temporary vacancy after the proposed dismissal and hold office until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company. The proposed dismissal and proposed appointment will not take effect until the shareholders of the company pass the relevant resolution at the special general meeting of shareholders to be convened and held.
