WeShop Holdings Limited announced that eligible UK members participating in its ShareBack™ Rewards Plan can claim the company's Class A ordinary shares starting November 23. This initiative, which coincides with WeShop's first anniversary of being listed on Nasdaq, allows members to convert WePoints earned from shopping with retail partners into actual equity in the company. By integrating shopping rewards with a community ownership model, WeShop aims to provide a unique e-commerce experience where everyday transactions contribute to building tangible ownership in the business. Members are encouraged to verify their identities through the WeShop app beginning November 3 to prepare for the share claims process.
