Bluebird Mining Ventures to Explore Computing Infrastructure Investment with PrimaLabs Deal

The London-listed gold streaming, mining and treasury company signed a strategic AI capacity streaming agreement with PrimaLabs, covering an initial program of 240 Nvidia (NVD.F) B300 GPUs, with an estimated capital opportunity of up to $24 million, according to a Thursday filing. Under the proposal, Bluebird Mining would provide its affiliate Mainframe & Cybernetic Systems with capital in exchange for the operating profit attributable to the computing capacity it supports. Mainframe would keep ownership and operational responsibility, with PrimaLabs providing the inference technology and commercial distribution.
