Xiwang Real Estate (02088): Listing status will be cancelled from November 3

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xiwang Real Estate (02088) issued an announcement. The Stock Exchange announced that with effect from 9:00 a.m. on November 3, 2026, the company's listing status will be cancelled in accordance with Section 6.01A (1) of the Listing Rules.

Trading of the company's shares has been suspended since March 31, 2025. According to Rule 6.01A (1) of the Listing Rules, the Exchange may delist the company if it fails to resume trading on or before September 30, 2026.

The company failed to comply with the resumption guidelines set out by the Stock Exchange and resumed trading on or before September 30, 2026. On October 16, 2026, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing status of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange in accordance with section 6.01A (1) of the Listing Rules.
