Haifeng International (01308) secures shares of the company by controlling shareholder Resourceful Link

According to Zhitong Finance App, Haifeng International (01308) announced that on October 29, 2026, Resourceful Link Management Limited (Resourceful Link), the controlling shareholder of the Company, will pledge 400 million common shares (collateral shares) of the Company's issued share capital to a Hong Kong licensed bank (the bank) as a guarantee for the loan financing (this loan) granted by the bank to the controlling shareholder of the Company, Mr. Yang Shaopeng (Mr. Yang). As of the date of this announcement, mortgaged shares accounted for approximately 14.75% of the total issued share capital of the Company. On the date the guarantee was established, Mr. Yang indirectly controlled all of Resourceful Link's issued shares through a family trust, and Resourceful Link held approximately 40.49% of the company's issued share capital.
