Its revenue comes mainly from selling advertising on its digital and static assets, including LED screens, wall painting, and elevator film. Its ad slots can also be opened to advertisers through third-party programmatic DOOH platforms.

The Singapore-based company was founded in 2005 and had 12-month revenue of $4 million through March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker FMSN.
