Amrize Posts Higher Q3 Net Income, Revenue

12:14 AM EDT, 10/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amrize (AMRZ.SW) logged $558 million in net income for the third quarter, compared with $540 million a year ago. EPS came in at $1.02 versus $0.98 in the prior-year period, a Wednesday filing showed. For the three months ended Sept. 30, revenue was $3.77 billion versus $3.69 billion previously, the Swiss building materials company added. Meanwhile, directors of the company declared a dividend of $0.11 for the period, payable on Nov. 18 to shareholders of record on Nov. 10. Looking ahead, the company expects revenue in the range of $12.2 billion to $12.4 billion for full-year 2026.
