According to Shengmei Shanghai, the company's first mass-produced 310 x 310 mm panel-level horizontal electroplating equipment, the Ultra ECP ap-p, was successfully launched for Asian customers. The equipment uses horizontal electroplating technology independently developed by Shengmei Shanghai, and supports multi-material electroplating processes such as copper, nickel, tin silver and gold.
