Four Corners Property Trust Announces $100M Buyback Plan

Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. ("FCPT" or the "Company", NYSE: FCPT) today announced its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program that would allow FCPT to purchase up to $100 million of the Company’s outstanding common stock. The share repurchase program does not obligate FCPT to acquire any particular amount of common stock, and the repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time at the Company’s discretion.
