UK's National Living Wage to Rise by 3.9% in April 2027

10:59 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK government will raise the national living wage by 3.9% to 13.21 pounds sterling an hour from April 1, 2027. The increase will add 910 pounds to the annual gross earnings of a full-time worker earning the national living wage, Chancellor of the Exchequer John Healey said in his first budget statement Wednesday.
