CICC (03908) plans to issue no more than 6 billion yuan of corporate bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, CICC (03908) issued an announcement that China International Finance Corporation's public offering of corporate bonds to professional investors in 2026 (issue 8) is divided into two types. Among them, the amount issued for Type 1 is no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the amount issued for Type 2 is no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); and the total issuance amount for Type 1 and Type 2 bonds does not exceed 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan). Each sheet has a face value of 100 yuan, and the distribution price is 100 yuan/sheet. The coupon interest rate inquiry range for type 1 bonds is 1.10% - 2.00% (including upper and lower limits), and the coupon interest rate inquiry range for type 2 bonds is 1.15% - 2.05% (including upper and lower limits).
