Reach more of your community well. Meet the new ReachWell. A platform rebuilt so agencies reach and engage more of the people they serve, in the language they speak, across SMS, email, voice, web, and a resident mobile app.

LITTLETON, Colo., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ReachWell today introduced its rebuilt platform, a new brand identity, and a new CEO. The new ReachWell gives agencies focused capabilities in one easy-to-use, cost-effective platform that meets the evolving compliance standards they face.

The platform pairs with the ReachWell mobile app, where residents can anonymously subscribe, without giving their name, location, phone number, or email, to receive official updates in their language, directly from the government agencies and community organizations that serve them.

"Posting community information on our website or social media doesn't necessarily mean the people who need it will see it," said Lindsay Mitchell, public information officer for Delta County, Colorado. "When I'm out in our towns, community members tell me they're enjoying updates they normally wouldn't have seen."

ReachWell translates every message automatically into the languages spoken by the residents in its audience and sends it across SMS, email, voice, web, and a mobile app. For messages that affect rights, benefits, safety, or health, an agency can have its own qualified reviewer check each translation before the message goes out. Teams see delivery, views, clicks, and replies by communication channel and can export every message, translation, and recipient for audits.

The compliance standards ReachWell meets include language access (Title VI), public records (FOIA and state public records acts), texting (A2P 10DLC and TCPA), and accessibility (ADA Title II).

Departments, agencies, and community organizations across a county or state can work together on ReachWell. Teams can share campaigns and see what others plan to send, so residents get coordinated, well-timed updates. Leaders have visibility into resident engagement across every department, agency, and organization they oversee.

Jesse Sanders, who joined ReachWell as an owner and CEO, led the rebuild. Sanders is a software executive and entrepreneur who has been building software for enterprises in high-compliance regulated industries for over 20 years.

"Every agency we talk to worries about the residents it can't reach, including people who are afraid to share their information, who change phone numbers often, or who don't read English," Sanders said. "Many of them never sign up, even for notifications that could keep their families safe. With ReachWell, agencies reach people they never could before and fewer residents are left disconnected."
