ACM Research Q3 Preliminary Revenue Expected To Be In The Range Of $360M-$365M, Representing YoY Growth Of 34%-36%

ACM announces the following:

• preliminary unaudited revenue for the third quarter of 2026 is expected to be in the range of $360 million to $365 million, which would represent year-to-year growth of 34% to 36%.
• preliminary total shipments are expected to be in the range of $335 million to $340 million, which would represent year-to-year growth of 27% to 29%.

Actual unaudited third quarter 2026 results are subject to the completion of ACM’s quarter end closing procedures and review by ACM’s independent registered public accounting firm.
