Sareum Holdings Raises GBP3 Million via Subscription, Retail Offers

The clinical-stage biotechnology company sold 22,807,143 shares under the subscription offer and 1,071,422 shares under the retail offering, according to a Wednesday filing. The new shares are expected to be admitted for trading on the London stock exchange on Thursday.
