The Zhitong Finance App learned that Quncore Technology (00068) surged more than 18% in the intraday period. As of press release, it had risen 11.52% to HK$3.485, with a turnover of about HK$508 million.

According to the news, attention to physical AI has been rapidly heating up recently, and industrial events such as OpenAI, Nvidia GTC, and the Yushu Science and Technology Ecological Conference have jointly fueled the sector's market explosion. According to reports, Qun Nuclear Technology is regarded as a scarce physical AI target in China. The core is that it has built a complete flywheel for “GPU cluster - 3D data - spatial model - industry application”. At the model level, the company has built a series of model technology platforms including the world generation model SpatialGen, the 3D generation model Lux3D, and the spatial language model SpatialLM to help AI understand, reason, and generate the physical world.

In the first half of this year, Qunnac Technology's revenue from new AI applications and products increased by more than 177% year on year. At the same time, it achieved adjusted net profit of 55.42 million yuan, an increase of 211% year on year, close to the profit level for the full year of last year. According to an internal letter recently issued by Huang Xiaohuang, co-founder and chairman of Qunnac Technology, the future of Qun Nuclear Technology insists on one thing: using spatial intelligence to bring the digital world closer to the real world — not only “look like”, but also “really right”, and eventually become the gateway for AI to the physical world.

It is worth mentioning that on October 20, Group Nuclear Technology announced that the company's co-founders Huang Xiaohuang, Chen Hang, Zhu Hao, and CFO Shen Bei voluntarily extended or established a 12-month ban on the relevant shares held by each company. The total number of shares subject to the extension agreement is 483 million shares, accounting for about 27.99% of the total number of shares issued by Qun Nuclear Technology. At the same time, many of the cornerstones and early shareholders of Group Nuclear Technology, including Linear Capital, Yunqi Capital, Hesai Technology, Jinyong Investment, Wusong Capital, and Huaying Construction (Zhejiang Construction Group is the controlling shareholder), have clearly expressed their long-term optimism and will continue to hold them.
