Moody's Raises Peach Property's Rating; Outlook Revised to Stable

The rating upgrade is based on the Swiss property group's progress in disposing of non-strategic assets and the repayment of 170 million euros of loans. The company's improving operating performance was also cited as a reason. Meanwhile, the stable outlook reflects Moody's expectation that Peach Property's credit metrics will improve in the next 12 to 18 months as it progresses its asset disposal and earnings from its strategic portfolio grow.
