ING Groep Completes EUR1 Billion Share Repurchase Program

04:33 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ING Groep (INGA.AS) wrapped up its share buyback program, repurchasing 34,954,008 ordinary shares for 1 billion euros at an effective average price of 28.61 euros per share. The Dutch lender said Tuesday the shares repurchased exceeded the maximum limit due to performance arrangements with the executing broker, which funded the excess purchases.
