Primary Health Boosts Property JV with Universities Superannuation Scheme to GBP400 Million

04:26 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Primary Health Properties (PHP.L, PHP.JO) and its partner, Universities Superannuation Scheme, agreed to increase the size of their 20-80 primary care property joint venture to 400 million pounds sterling from 250 million pounds. The London-listed critical healthcare infrastructure investor said Tuesday the joint venture's size could be further raised to 800 million pounds over time, subject to additional approval. The joint venture holds community healthcare buildings leased to the UK National Health Service and general practitioner tenants. Primary Health recently agreed to transfer to the vehicle nine additional primary care assets for 67 million pounds. Completion of the transfer will boost the total assets of the joint venture above the original target size.
