Deutsche Bank's DWS Limits Disbursements on Redemption Requests for EUR4.3 Billion Property Fund

12:55 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Bank's (DBK.F) asset management business limited to 10% the initial amount it will disburse to settle redemption requests for its 4.3 billion-euro property fund, Grundbesitz Europa, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing DWS Group. In an emailed statement, DWS said the cap will affect withdrawal requests that will fall due in 12 months, giving the fund more time to generate liquidity from the divestment of assets, the report noted. The cap formally takes effect on Tuesday. The German lender's business may extend or terminate the cap earlier than scheduled, the report added. DWS did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
