Adnoc Drilling's Q3 Attributable Profit, Revenue Fall

12:30 AM EDT, 10/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adnoc Drilling (ADX:ADNOCDRILL) logged $365.4 million in profit attributable to owners of the company for the third quarter, compared with $368.2 million a year ago. EPS moved to $0.0228 from $0.0230, a Tuesday filing showed. For the three months ended Sept. 30, revenue was $1.25 billion versus $1.26 billion previously, the Abu Dhabi-listed offshore drilling company added. Meanwhile, the board approved a dividend of 0.0803 Emirati dirham per share for the third quarter, payable in the second half of November to shareholders on record Nov. 5. It paid 0.057 dirham per share in the prior year. For full-year 2026, Adnoc Drilling maintained its forecast of $5 billion in revenue. Meanwhile, net profit is expected to be $1.45 billion, against the prior guidance of $1.45 billion to $1.50 billion.
