Estrella Immunopharma Appoints Cynthia Pussinen CEO, Chairperson, Effective Oct. 25, Succeeding Cheng Liu

Estrella Immunopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESLA) ("Estrella" or the "Company"), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation ARTEMIS® T-cell therapies for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases, today announced the appointment of Cynthia Pussinen as Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of its Board of Directors, effective October 25, 2026. Ms. Pussinen succeeds Cheng Liu, Ph.D., as Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Liu has been appointed Chief Scientific Officer and will continue to serve as the Company's President and as a member of the Board of Directors.
