06:36 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Drugmakers BioNTech (22UA.F) and DualityBiologics's trastuzumab pamirtecan achieved the primary endpoint of improved progression-free survival during a global phase 3 clinical trial, according to a Monday release. Results from the Dynasty-Breast02 trial showed a statistically significant but "modest" improvement in progression-free survival, compared with investigator-selected chemotherapy in patients with HR-positive, HER2-low metastatic breast cancer whose disease had progressed following endocrine therapy and who had not previously received chemotherapy for metastatic disease. Data for the secondary endpoint of overall survival remained immature at the interim analysis. The companies said the potential patient benefit appeared limited in the current treatment landscape and that they would discuss the findings to determine next steps.
