BLKB's Fund Management Business Prices CHF40 Million Capital Raising of Sustainable Property Fund

04:47 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB.SW), or BLKB, through its fund management business, priced the up to 40 million-franc capital raising of BLKB (CH) Sustainable Property Fund at 103.91 francs per unit. The Swiss cantonal bank said Monday that BLKB Fund Management expects to issue 390,000 new fund units as part of the fundraise. Proceeds are earmarked for the expansion of the property fund's portfolio. Under the best-effort offering, existing unitholders of the fund will receive one subscription right for every fund unit held, with 10 subscription rights giving the holder the option to subscribe to three new units in the fund. The subscription period will run from Nov. 9 through Nov. 20.
