Cizzle Biotechnology Raises Funds via Direct Subscription

04:21 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cizzle Biotechnology (CIZ.L) conditionally raised 500,000 pounds sterling through a direct subscription by an existing shareholder. The subscription offer comprised 62.5 million new shares priced at 0.008 pound apiece, according to a Monday release. The proceeds will be used to promote the diagnostics developer's CIZ1B biomarker blood test in the US, advance partner deals in the UK, and for working capital purposes. In addition, the company issued 17,857,143 shares to convert up to 250,000 pounds of outstanding convertible loan notes.
