Endúr Unit to Acquire Norway-based Mechanical Steel Contractor Notech

03:30 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Endúr (ENDUR.OL) unit BMO Entreprenør agreed to acquire Norway-based mechanical steel contractor Notech for a base enterprise value of 120 million Norwegian kroner, on a cash- and debt-free basis and excluding leasing liabilities. The acquisition will be partly financed with a 20 million-Norwegian-krone seller's credit, repayable by June 30, 2029, and offsetable against any negative additional consideration. The seller will also receive Endúr shares valued at 40.1 million kroner, according to a Monday release. The purchase price may be adjusted based on Notech's cumulative earnings in 2026-2028. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and other customary conditions. Notech will continue operating independently in close partnership with BMO.
