CTP Begins Construction on Business Park Development in Serbia

02:41 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CTP (CTPNV.AS) started construction on a 40-hectare business park development in Serbia, according to a Monday filing. The Amsterdam-listed industrial and logistics property developer said the CTPark Belgrade Borča project is on track to become the largest industrial and logistics park in the country. The project has a development potential of 222,700 square meters across 15 buildings. CTP said the MD International subsidiary of integrated logistics services provider Waberer's Group committed to leasing 10,000 square meters of the project, with move-in scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The lease has the potential for expanded coverage to 20,000 square meters.
