12:50 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genmab (GMAB.CO) is teaming up with US biopharmaceutical company Incyte on a phase 1/2 clinical trial of a combination formulation to treat mutated metastatic colorectal cancer. The Danish biotechnology company said Oct. 24 that the trial will assess its investigational IgG1-bispecific antibody, plus Incyte's investigational, potent, and selective KRAS G12D inhibitor INCB161734, and standard-of-care chemotherapy as a first-line treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer with a KRAS G12D mutation. Genmab will oversee the study, with its partner providing co-funding and INCB161734.
