Zhitong Finance App News, Longsheng Group Holdings (06829) announced that on October 23, 2026, Longsheng Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a non-legally binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with a new energy company to jointly promote global digital asset cooperation in the field of new energy.

According to the framework agreement, Longsheng Investment has agreed to cooperate with new energy companies to jointly promote global digital asset cooperation in the field of new energy, focusing on digital management, real world asset (RWA) financing, diversified financial support and asset management, with the aim of promoting project development and strengthening the integration of assets and business operations. The cooperation is tentatively covering new energy assets and related operating income rights and interests operated in Thailand and other countries through an electric vehicle (EV) charging solution platform. At the initial stage, the two parties intend to select 20 to 30 sites in Thailand, subject to due diligence and verification of ownership, rights and necessary authorizations.

According to reports, the new energy company is a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. It specializes in investing in, constructing and operating EV charging infrastructure, and providing comprehensive new energy infrastructure services. Its business covers markets such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil and Mexico.

In view of the huge NEV business opportunities in Hong Kong and its Asian neighbors, the Board believes that establishing strategic cooperation through a framework agreement will help the Group grasp the growing demand for new energy vehicles in the region, enhance the diversification and profitability of the Group's revenue, and enhance sustainable development.

By entering into a framework agreement, all parties can cooperate and use their available commercial resources and mutual support to promote global digital asset cooperation in the field of new energy, especially in the investment, construction and operation of EV charging infrastructure, and jointly promote and enhance NEV technology and services to improve the operational efficiency of NEVs and lay the foundation for expanding the regional market. The Board of Directors believes that the strategic cooperation between the parties is in line with the Group's strategy to reduce carbon emissions and establish competitive hubs in the new energy sector.
