07:25 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UBS Global Research raised its price target for L'Oréal (OR.PA) to 465 euros from 440 euros after the company's like-for-like sales growth in the three months ended Sept. 30 surpassed expectations and exceeded 6% for the third straight quarter. "The group's Q3 adjusted LFL sales growth came in at +7.7%, the company's best quarterly performance since 1Q 2024, and well ahead of consensus of +5.4%. As it was the case in the past couple of quarters, growth was broad based with all regions outperforming and achieving a quarterly LFL in excess of 5.5% - only exception being LatAm, L'Oréal's smallest region (7.5% of sales)," analysts said Friday. "In our view, the strong Q3 print clearly shows that the 6%+ LFL posted by the company in H1 was less the result of a favourable basis of comparison but, rather, the signal that in an AI powered Beauty industry, L'Oréal should be able to consistently achieve a LFL sales growth at or above 6%." As such, the research firm lifted its like-for-like sales growth forecasts for 2026 and 2027 to 6.7% and 6.1%, respectively, while adjusted EPS estimates were increased by 1% and 2%. UBS rates the French cosmetics and personal care products group's stock at buy.
