Galderma Group's Anti-wrinkle Drug Relfydess Approved in China for Frown Lines

01:32 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Galderma Group's (GALD.SW) ready-to-use liquid neuromodulator Relfydess was approved in China to temporarily improve moderate-to-severe frown lines in adults. The Chinese National Medical Products Administration's approval was backed by the results of a local late-stage study and the global Ready clinical trials, the Swiss pharmaceutical company said Friday. In the trials, the anti-wrinkle drug showed significant improvements in frown lines and a fast onset of action as early as day one, with sustained results for up to six months seen in some patients. Relfydess, or relabotulinumtoxinA, is already approved in over 35 markets, including the European Union, the UK and Australia.
