TA Associates to Sell Entire 12.7% Stake in Eurowag

12:35 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bock Capital EU Luxembourg WAG, a shareholder in W.A.G Payment Solutions (WPS.L), d/b/a Eurowag, plans to sell its entire remaining 12.7% stake in the payments and mobility platform operator. The affiliate company of TA Associates Management will sell its 88,505,764 shares through an accelerated bookbuild to institutional investors, according to a Thursday release. The placing will launch immediately, with the price to be determined through the bookbuilding process. Eurowag will not receive any proceeds from the transaction.
