HarbourVest Global Private Equity Plans Tender Offer of Up to $400 Million

04:01 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HarbourVest Global Private Equity (HVPE.L, HVPD.L) published a circular for a proposed tender offer of up to $400 million to return capital to shareholders and narrow the discount to net asset value. The investment company will offer to buy shares at their net asset value per share as of Sept. 30, 2026, less a 10% discount and tender costs, according to a Thursday release. The price would have been 40.6822 pounds sterling per share, compared with a share price of 32.20 pounds on Oct. 20. The offer is subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on Nov. 16.
