Fjord Defence Group Unit Buys Sweden's Microprecision in SEK23 Million Deal

03:22 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fjord Defence Group's (DFENS.OL, DFENSO.OL) unit PartnerTech Karlskoga agreed to buy precision manufacturing specialist Microprecision, according to a Thursday release. The Norwegian defense compounder said the deal, which values the target company at an enterprise value of 23 million kronor, is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to closing requirements and regulatory approvals. The transaction will comprise a cash payment of 1 million kronor, consideration shares, as well as an earn-out payment worth up to 3 million kronor, subject to financial targets.
