Rentokil Initial's Finance Chief to Step Down in January 2027

02:59 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rentokil Initial's (RTO.L) Chief Financial Officer Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson plans to retire and step down on Jan. 31, 2027, due to family health reasons. The British pest-control company said group financial controller, Sarah Sergeant, will assume the interim CFO role from Feb. 1, 2027, if a permanent successor, whose formal recruitment process has already been launched, is not appointed by Edgecliffe-Johnson's retirement date.
