CitriTech Pries ~$5.6M Offering Of 2.24M Common Shares At $2.50 Per Share

CitroTech Inc. (NYSE AM: CITR) ("CitroTech" or the "Company"), a specialty chemical company developing environmentally responsible fire-inhibitor solutions, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,240,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $2.50 per share. The Company expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $5.6 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 336,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
