MTI Wireless Edge Unit to Buy Interspec in $3 Million Deal

03:00 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MTI Wireless Edge's (MWE.L) Mottech Water Solutions unit will purchase US-based Interspec for a consideration of up to $2.6 million. The British communications technology-focused company said Wednesday that it will initially pay $360,000, as well as provide funding worth $1.2 million to Interspec. Additionally, the deal includes a potential earn-out consideration of up to $2.3 million, subject to the target company's performance between July 1, 2027 and June 30, 2028.
