On October 21, Starbucks China announced that it plans to invest more than 300 million yuan in the 2027 fiscal year to comprehensively enhance store service capabilities in terms of first-line service hours, digital intelligence systems, core equipment, and store atmosphere. Store renewal and upgrade initiatives will cover approximately 1,000 stores, all of which will be completed one after another in the 2027 fiscal year. After implementation of the plan, stores across the country will add more than 200,000 hours of peak service hours every month. Starbucks Premium stores will also add more than 70,000 hours of Premium Bar service every month.
