Healthcare Triangle Expects Annual Revenue Of ~$1.34M By Its Teyame Business; Teyame Also Intends To Sign Additional ~$3.31M Engagements In Incremental Annual Revenue Beginning January Next Year

Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCTI) ("Healthcare Triangle," "HCTI" or the "Company") today highlighted developments across its AI-enabled customer engagement and healthcare technology operations, including six signed client engagements at its Teyame business.

Teyame reports that its six signed engagements are estimated by management to generate approximately $1.34 million in annual revenue at full run rate, with services scheduled to begin in October and November 2026. Teyame also expects to sign a separate additional engagement targeting approximately $3.31 million in incremental annual revenue beginning in January 2027. If that additional engagement is signed and all seven engagements achieve their respective targeted annual run rates, the combined amount would be approximately $4.65 million. The additional engagement is not signed, and none of these figures is a forecast of revenue for any fiscal period.
